These Terms govern your use of SarusPay, a product of Sarus Payment Labs FZCO ("SarusPay", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
SarusPay is operated by Sarus Payment Labs FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE — Trade Licence No. 85767. SarusPay is not a bank. Cards are issued by a licensed partner institution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Availability of the SarusPay product varies by region and is subject to identity verification and continuing eligibility.
3. Your account
To open an account you must provide accurate personal information and complete identity verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
4. Your USD balance
Your account holds a USD balance representing digital dollars available for spending. Amounts loaded to your balance are not deposits, do not earn interest, and are held by a partner institution in accordance with applicable regulation.
5. Cards
Virtual cards are issued instantly upon approval. Physical cards are shipped for a one-time fee. Your card remains our property and may be suspended or replaced where required by law or where fraud is suspected.
6. Fees and currency conversion
Fees are described on our Fees page and inside the app. Currency conversion is applied at SarusPay's displayed rate, shown to you before you confirm each transaction.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SarusPay for unlawful activity, to evade sanctions, to fund prohibited categories of merchant, or in a way that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or close your account if we are required to do so by law, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or if we detect activity that puts your account or the SarusPay service at risk.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SarusPay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your country of residence.
